Oxford Citizens Advice Bureau is an independent charity that has served the local community for over 60 years. We offer free, confidential, impartial, and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects. Our service is available to everyone in Oxford and beyond. We aim to assist people in making informed decisions to enable them to overcome their difficulties, and to provide a range of services to allow them to access their rights.
 

Most of our staff are unpaid volunteers and we are always seeking new volunteer advisers, receptionists and office staff. No previous experience is needed as we offer full training.

We give general advice on many subjects and have access to employment, housing, benefit and debt caseworkers. We also offer referrals to solicitors, accountants, surveyors and personal injury specialists.

Our main office is centrally located at 95 St Aldates. We have several other outreach centres.
